HIPAA-eligible telehealth is built in. You start from the appointment; your client joins from a secure link — no app, no account, no install. Encrypted, low-latency, and never recorded.

Therapy intake contains sensitive data. GoToTherapy.app is built around encrypted storage, secure access, practice-level tenant isolation, and logged activity — so your team can collect what it needs without loose PDFs or unsecured attachments.
Each practice gets its own protected environment. Admins manage the full practice, while providers work from the clients and intake records assigned to them.
Built for one therapist today — and a full practice tomorrow, as we expand into eligibility, billing, and patient-balance workflows.

Isolated workspace · nothing shared across practices
Every practice runs in its own isolated workspace on HIPAA-eligible AWS, under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Here's how that works — and what happens to your clients' data along the way.
Get your own private workspace at yourname.gototherapy.app. You're both the admin and the provider — generate intake links, collect paperwork, and run your calendar from one place. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
One workspace for the whole practice. Admins manage every provider and client; each provider sees only the clients assigned to them — and every sensitive action is recorded.
AES-256 at rest via AWS KMS, and TLS in transit — for the database, card images, and signatures.
Records live in a Postgres database inside a locked-down VPC with no public inbound path.
Insurance photos and signatures are compressed on the device, then stored encrypted in S3.
Intake links are single-purpose and expire automatically. No client account or password.
Views and downloads of sensitive records are recorded — who, what, and when.
Runs on HIPAA-eligible AWS under a signed BAA, kept within a single AWS region.
Telehealth runs in-browser over encrypted WebRTC (Amazon Chime SDK). Sessions aren't recorded.
Intake and reminder emails are sent through BAA-covered infrastructure.
Consent signatures are timestamped and attached to the client record they belong to.
